Student Visa for Germany

In Germany, most of the colleges and universities are funded by the federal government while some are also financed by the Protestant or Catholic Church. Besides these, there are about 100 private universities which confer officially recognised degrees at subsided tuitions or fee. A majority of these universities offer courses in applied sciences and are thus popular with students seeking a degree in science.
Most students in Germany attend the public universities and merely a small percentage attend private institutions. Private universities offer almost the same level of education at a much higher cost. That said, the level of education offered by both, private universities and government initiatives is excellent.
